Consistent use of this device enables patients to conduct two tasks at the same time, e.g., walk and talk, leading to significant improvements in their overall functionality.

Gait improvement during dual-task

Improved gait parameters, including increased velocity, stride length, and reduced asymmetry during dual-task walking (9), were observed in patients who underwent Gondola AMPS treatment compared to the placebo group.

Improvement in dual-tasking
PD patients who received the AMPS therapy showed fewer errors during the Stroop test while walking compared to the placebo group (9) , indicating improved cognitive performance in patients with PD and FOG
